Projects Feasibility:
Conduct Scoping and Feasibility Studies including Design, Engineering and Techno-Economic Analysis for Strategic and Precious Metals Projects
Aim
- Identify opportunities for wealth creation from a mining waste and low grade resources, suited to investors and mining companies.
- Develop & implement innovative mining, processing & waste management solutions to complex ore bodies and marginal deposits.
Approach
- A detailed review of relevant scoping/feasibility studies and reports on the ore body.
- Conduct studies using Ore2Metal’s proprietary metallurgy diagnostics, test program protocol and data analytics as required to bridge any existing gaps in information needed for value chain optimization.
- Recommend solutions along with identifying high potential projects and implementation roadmap to maximize value from the ore body.
- Evaluation of proprietary technologies including large scale validation and piloting to select the best technology to suit application.
- Assist in feasibility level economic studies based on pilot data and proprietary scale-up methodology to confirm viability for implementation.
- Assist sites in implementation of solutions in partnership with engineering companies and various global expertise to meet project objectives.
Operations Optimization:
Conduct Audits & Roadmap Development for Implementation of Step-Change Improvement Projects from Ore to Metal.
Aim
- Complete mapping of all key metals in the mining value chain including mine tailings and low grade resources
- Develop recovery improvement roadmap along with implementation plan to maximize recovery of major, precious and minor metals including iron that are lost in mine tailings.
Approach
- Technical review of existing reports and studies to map key major, precious and minor metals in the value chain.
- Conduct studies using Ore2Metal’s proprietary diagnostics, mineralogy and test protocol to better quantify the presence of different major, precious and minor metals in the waste.
- Benchmarking and/or bench studies using Ore2Metal’s methodologies to identify opportunities for metal concentration, recovery and extraction including scoping level economics based on test results.
- Provide recommendations along with a roadmap and financial model identifying high potential projects for implementation.
- Evaluation of proprietary technologies including piloting to select the best technology suited to the specific metals.
- Assist in feasibility level economic studies based on pilot data and proprietary scale-up methodology to confirm viability for implementation.
- Assist in engineering and implementation of the solution involving engineering companies and global technical expertise.

Supply for selective reagents to enable clean mill chemistry and optimum process conditions to maximize recovery of copper, molybdenum and gold.
The specialized reagents include
